Due to their financial condition, they could not operate her and as a result, her health started deteriorating day by day. The Balaji Heart Hospital & Diagnostic Centre’s doctors informed them that she needed to undergo heart surgery. It is a major open heart surgery with an estimated cost of Rs. 225,000/-.

Her father is a daily wage worker, and her mother is a housewife. Her father earns Rs. 4000–5000/-per month, and is unable to bear the cost of the treatment of Bhakti.
