Need & Importance

Need & Importance

If given the opportunities and the right exposure, women can excel in any field. Since girls and women make up 50% of the world’s population, allowing them to participate in their local economies boosts local employment. The primary objective of our vocational training programme is to link poor women to self-employment by providing them with training. In our development programs, we’re committed to promoting women’s development and empowerment.

Therefore, we strive to create an environment that supports their active participation. As part of our skill development program, we held free workshops on fashion designing, tailoring, baking, beauty parlour training, making home decor, soaps, paper dishes, and so on.
