FAQ

You can donate any clean and reusable garments, functional electronics (laptops, phones), storybooks, school supplies, home furniture, baby toys, and kitchen utensils. Please ensure items are in usable working condition.
To sustain vehicle fuel, driver allowances, and logistics handling, we request a minimal voluntary fee depending on your location and item volume. This ensures we don't divert active NGO charitable funds.
Once scheduled, the pickup executive visits within 48 to 72 hours. You can select your preferred morning or evening time slot when submitting the pickup request form.
Standard door collections occur between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM on your selected day. Our pickup representative will call you 1 hour before arrival to confirm availability.
You can drop off materials directly at any of our local offices (Mumbai, Pune, Sindhudurg) or book our digital home pickup request which is the most convenient choice.
